The lady was very, very rude and unhelpful when my battery was going flat on my phone and I had to pay so much more extra in the taxi to try and find the letterbox to collect the keys. The lady was so unhelpful I think it was disgusting, and then the electric kept on going off. I rang up Booking.com and they said that The property people would get in touch with me but they never did so I left a day early because I couldn’t handle it in there without no electric the switch kept on flicking off and I kept on having to flick it on so I couldn’t cook anything to my satisfaction so I just gave up in the end and came home because it made me really ill.

Missed some kitchen appliances. Such as a regular pan to make eggs or something. Only available is a couple of big pots. Also some basic kitchen utensils. And also there were a lot of cockroaches outside. So watch out when keeping your balcony door open. This isn't the owners fault. But more a seasonal Tenerife thing.

Having to return the keys back to the lockboxes is time consuming when you have a flight to catch and the buses aren’t really reliable and on time. Most apartments ask you to leave keys on the table and shut the door. We needed to work but there wasn’t any wifi as stated in the listings and when we tried to contact the host they didn’t bother to reply to us. The apartment is marketed as a 1 bed but clearly it’s 1 room divided into areas for sleeping, sitting and cooking so pretty much a studio and that’s so deceiving in the photographs.
