“Lovely location , ideal for town centre. Facilities in apartment were excellent.”
To be improved

Only problem was no instructions for washing machine. Also wasn’t clear where key safe was as there were some on the wall at the entrance. Finally found it on the actual door entrance. Thought that the cleaning fee was a bit much compared to other friends who had rented apartments at La Torre. Also online communication wasn’t seamless as kept receiving the same emails many times prior to arriving then didn’t receive an email when I paid the final amount. Had to phone up to check it had been paid. Received the email for checking out but couldn’t access all the info as it said I hadn’t completed the check in and agreed to the deposit re damages. Had to go to office so they could override this. Georgie in office was very helpful this
