Welcome party does not speak English and no instructions to use air con. Had to contact owner. Pool area not great with no sun from afternoon

We loved the location. We loved that the apartment had plenty of space, three good sized bedrooms and a dishwasher and washing machine!
It would have been nice if there were loungers to have by the pool.

Location excellent close to beach and main strip. Apartment was spacious and very clean. Fully kitted with equipment like washing machine and dishwasher etc.
Check in/check out poor due to local girl Anna who has clearly no English. Arrival we followed instructions and texted MMS twice an hour away to say just landed then 15 minutes from apartment so she would be there to meet us with keys. She wasn't we phoned outside the door to be told in Spanish WhatsApp WhatsApp! So we sent a message shortly after a man arrived to hand us keys. He let us into the apartment then left. We found the air con in an error state (H1) which couldn't be fixed the first night which was uncomfortable. I reached out to owner in Germany directly and he shared instructions but not to reset an error. In the morning I found the fuse board and by turning off the power managed to clear the error. Had to do this 3 times over our stay. Needs a service clearly.... there should be when guest move in a person to show equipment function or at least a written manual to refer too. Also the WiFi code was written in handwriting that too took some amount of tries to work out what characters were numbers or letters. Check out too received a text at 1105 asking in Spanish (had to Google translate) are we gone and cleaners coming in 30 minutes. Again a courtesy would have been nice day before reminding of check time and especially what to do with the keys.
