Casa Andrea Doria Arinaga B

This isn't an apartment, it's more like a studio. It's a converted warehouse or shop. There's no ventilation and the smell of damp is deadly. We didn't meet the host, but he was helpful and allowed us an early check-in and late check-out.

It was very clean and well equiped.

The apartment is fully equipped with all essential living necessities, making it ready for immediate occupancy. The location is ideal, with a nearby bus stop and restaurants, grocery stores, and other facilities just a short walk away. The beach is very close and well-maintained. The area is pleasantly uncrowded compared to other beaches. We used public transportation to explore the island, and every part of it is easily accessible.

The location is in one of the best areas in Arinaga, closed to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and lots of coffee shops. The property was super clean and the host really communicative. We found a bottle of wine and one of water on the kitchen table.... Thank you very much for the welcome gift :) We really recommend the location

The property was clean and tidy and the host, Genaro was very kind and helpful. He left a bottle of wine and a bottle of water in the kitchen as a welcome. There is everything in the property that you need for a couple of days. The property is very well located, the beach, restaurants and supermarkets only 5 minutes walking. There are a lot of parking space opposite of the property. If you like Italian food there is a restaurant, La Pizzeria, with delicious pizzas and pasta dishes on their menu. The last day the host let us to stay further in the property as it was free.
