1. No air conditioning. But actually it is not needed in such soft and warm climate. 2. Hot water is heated by a boiler. I consume more water than most of the people. And I was often at the limit of the total volume of hot water taking a shower. Thus, it could be uncomfortable if a big family would like to stay here.

Unfortunately, there were problems with the gas boiler - it was broken and part of the gases (monoxide), that were supposed to go outside, were going inside the house. Because of that we were feeling nausea and weakness, our little child fell ill. When we went outside, we felt better. We did not understand what was going on in the beginning, but at the end of our stay we checked the cupboard and saw the broken pipe. There is no monoxide indicator installed in the house, so our advice to other guests - please be vigilant.
