The owners are very nice and attentive.
Quiet area, conveniently located near attractions.
Kitchen had everything you could need, with a unique touch of the donkeys.
A magical experience, highly recommended.

Great experience for the price, very enjoyable stay.
“Casa fría (cold house)”
Convenient location for hiking in the Corona Forestal, less so for visiting near the Teide. Very spacious house with rather kitsch decor, tiny outdoor space next to where the donkeys are kept at night.
The house was absolutely freezing in March. Without the stove on, it was 15 degrees inside. You get given a handful of pellets for the stove which will last for one night, and then you are expected to spend EUR 7.39 for a 15 kg bag that costs EUR 5.05 at Leroy Merlin. As if you're going to get through 15 kg bag or take the leftovers with you on your flight home. The only other heating was an electric towel rail in the bathroom, not enough to heat the whole house. I had to leave the bananas in the bathroom to try to get them to ripen! According to the listing, heating is included, so to then charge you for pellets is just plain cheap. The kitchen smelled of airborne grease on arrival, and a lot of the surfaces (like fridge door handles, kettle) and cutlery were greasy. There was also dirt on the floor where the robot hoover couldn't reach. The two sets of bathroom towels also smelled unclean (from not having been washed on a hot enough setting). The donkeys are an interesting touch but they wake up before dawn and will wake you up with their braying and other weird noises they make.
“Nice short stay, and in love with the donkeys”
We only stayed one night, arrived late in evening from the airport, and had to leave in the morning to catch the ferry. But it was so nice to be greated by two amazing donkeys!! The house was clean, and nice decorated. The sleepingscouch was actually pretty oke for one night.
You really need the guided directions provided by the host. We weren't sure about the road, because the road seemed to be closed, and wasn't paved due to construction (which ofcourse is out of hands for the host), though unfortunately inconvenient! The directions provided are perfect, thanks.
“Cozy casa”
Beautiful and spacious house, many interesting decorations and inside everything you need, well equipped kitchen. the most comfortable bed I have ever experienced. very quiet at night. the owner is very nice, contact only in Spanish. in the morning you can meet two friendly donkeys. We thought it was the best accommodation in our 7 day trip around Tenerife, thank you
that we were there for such a short time. watch out for the access, it can be complicated because of the road renovation, we would never have gotten there if not for one nice local young guy who literally took us there by an alternative route.
“Superb”
“Loved the donkeys, comfy bed and everything was clean!”
The best house you can find for it's price with friendly donkeys!
“Nicely designed house with everything you need.”
The house is very nicely designed. The host is helpful and polite.
