“Exceptional”

The best

A gorgeous staying in an extremely quiet place. The garden and the pool were a perfect solution for a family with two tiny kids. Although in Antigua shadow is uncommon, the house was pleasantly fresh both day and night, thanks to its ancient structure and to a lovely breeze. The host was extremely helpful and kind, and also allowed us a delayed check-out. Very, very recommended. As the compound has a three sibling houses, it would be a perfect solution also for holidays with friends.

“Great location for seeing the island”

The best

The house was in a good location for sightseeing the island. It was well equipped. The little touches made a difference.

The lounge area was quite dark, but that is typical of a building of its age. There was a lack of cooking bowls. We realise that most people like to eat out but we were cooking most meals. Otherwise, it is very well equipped.

“centrally situated traditional casita, ideal to explore Fuerteventura”

Lovely traditional little casita with parking and private terrace. Induction stove. Washing machine shared with the other apartments. Friendly and responsive host. Restaurants, supermarkets and a pharmacy in Antigua.

To be improved

As it can get rather chilly, especially in the morning, a portable heater would have been appreciated. The casita is rather dark.

“Well worth staying here!”

The best

Good central location. Very tastefully renovated little casita. Kitchen was decent, week equipped and great to have an induction stove and oven. Internet was good. Best communication from the host and very helpful. Really nice to have a bottle of cava and essentials like toilet paper, washing liquid etc on arrival and free laundry detergent etc. Needs are good but firm, just as we like them :)

Please bear in mind that these are small niggles! TV isn't great, there's lots of lines at the top when your trying to watch it. The fridge freezer is very noisy. There isn't much privacy for the casita we stayed in and out unit didn't come with anywhere private at all, the others had their own terrace.
