“Very good”

The best

The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and everything we needed. The pool area was very quiet which was great. Great size pool. The walk along the sea front to the Center of Costa Teguise was lovely.

To be improved

Unfortunately the WiFi was broke due to all the rain we had experienced while there, although it certainly didn't ruin the holiday and our host did try help straight away.

“Pleasant stay”

The best

The villa was clean, secure and quiet. It was generally well equipped. The kitchen had all you would need. The manager was extremely helpful. The welcome wine and crisps were appreciated.

To be improved

Further from town than expected- it was a good 20-25 minute walk. The bedrooms had no natural light as they had no external windows. There was a lack of natural light throughout due there being only 2 small windows and that overlooked the outside area which got limited sunlight. The bedrooms were a bit cramped and there was a lack of storage space. There was no full length mirror and no mirrors in the bedrooms. The shower had to be hand held otherwise the bathroom got soaked.

“No Return”

The best

Villa was clean. Plenty of cookware and crockery. Staff in pool bar were great . Very attentive and friendly. Only used it once.

To be improved

Pool area was too quiet. Signs everywhere to say no ball/diving/jumping/ etc. Basically no fun. Every 3rd or 4th sun lounger WAS NOT BROKEN. Alot broken and very uncomfortable as they were plastic. 4 adults and we got one towel each for the week. Although there was a washing machine, who wants to be doing this on holiday, plus no drying area except in a little area between the 2 bedrooms. Not a great area as no sunshine to dry. Would have to use patio area to dry. Maybe host should make travellers aware that there is no cleaning service or house keeping. You have to take your rubbish out to bins on the street yourself. It wasn't really an inconvenience but needs to be communicated.

“Superb”

The best

Lovely apartment in a safe location. Air-conditioning is a great bonus. Wifi was good. Nice little welcome touches. Good that basic needs were included ( washing up liquid, toilet roll etc ) Washing machine handy so throw in a couple of washing tabs save you buying a box.

To be improved

The shower could have been better. It's at a silly angle and makes a bit of mess. Not that hot either. We bought a cheap washing airer from IKEA to put our washing out in the sun/breeze. There was a fixed one kind of inside but didn't get it dry. A car parking space included would be nice or entry into the front parking we had to park out on the road..

“Lovely clean villa in a great location to walk into Teguise.”

The best

Great location with a 10/15 minute walk into the center of Costa Teguise. Lovely clean villa with everything you needed. The owner, Edu, was fantastic and even came to help when we locked ourselves out!

To be improved

The shower was a bit hit and miss as it only had one position and water went everywhere unless you held it off the stand.
