There was nothing l didn't like

The noisy street that passes right in front of the appartement was a big challenge. We wanted to keep the windows open to enjoy the breeze but the singing, loud talking or even fighting until 3-4 in the morning made it really hard. We were also very surprised by the amount of rules. A few days before checking in we received a long list of rules that were not written in the most neutral tone, as if it was assumed we would do exactly the opposite. The reminders we also received on the phone, when checking in or out were also not very nicely written (it may be a translation issue, and they may sound better in Spanish). In the rule book we were explicitly told that we only get 2 toilet paper rolls and we have to provide for the rest. Same for the dishwahser, we got 2 tablets and then we were to provide for ouselves. If we had no issue with the dishwasher (getting tablets is not a common practice, although we experienced 2 other locations in Lanzarote in the last month where they were plenty), we were shocked by the TP thing. Its the first time this happens in all 10 years since we’ve extensively travelled and it was just unnecessary (of course we would have provided for ourselves, but mentioning it as such in a rule book was just bad taste). For a 1000 euro location (you have to include the cost of the AC as well) a week, we think more customer orientation should be observed.
