Casa Apartamento entre Mar y Montaña

The apartment is large but both the kitchen and bathroom need updating. The furniture could do with replacing as the glass table is cracked, a drawer handle is missing and the clothes rail was leaning on arrival. It was very difficult to actually make a meal in the kitchen as it lacked the following: chopping board, spatula for the metal pans, baking tray for the oven (for pizzas etc), tea towel, mugs (we actually bought some) and a kettle for those who don't drink coffee. The shower is in the bath but without a hook for the shower hose to rest on, so you have to hold the shower hose, whilst you wash your hair....which is not ideal! The mattress on the double bed was of very poor quality and well-used as it was 'V' shaped, so it dipped in the middle. The headboard of one of the single beds was not attached to the bed, which was surprising.... (It was merely resting between the wall and the bed.) The other single beds in the other room, were of different heights so useless if you wanted to make a double bed.

The fact that it was a shared property. I did not see that from the description. The owners lived in the lower part of the duplex. This was a bit misleading from the description. Also the bathroom has a shower but you need to hold it to actually shower. They don’t have a shower holder.
