“Perfect paradisal getaway for friends and families”

The main selling point of this place is an amazing view of course, huge terrace just adds to the whole experience. There is also a roofless balcony on the second floor perfect for chilling, sunbathing or just enjoying the view. The house is very spacious and bright. lt is located not far from the beach but the road is pretty steep, so get ready for that. There is a huge private parking lot at your disposal by the residential complex, so you’ll never have problems finding a spot for your car. Despite the port being so close, it never bothered us with the noise. Also there is a powerful iron in the house and a dishwashing machine that always came in handy. Lots of dishes and condiments for food. I think it’s the first time I’ve seen so many essentials in the kitchen. Overall, the apartment is very well equipped.

Probably the biggest downside of the apartment is that it is located on the lowest row of similar apartment buildings. So you’ll have to go down several flights of stairs which isn’t that convenient when you have big bags. Let alone going up with the baggage. But it didn’t bother us as much, cause you’d have to do it twice or thrice during the whole stay. Some might find this information useful. Otherwise it’s always a little cardio :) There are two bedrooms on the top floor and only one of them is equipped with the air conditioner. We stayed there in February so the nights weren’t hot, but I can imagine it can turn into sauna in summer. Something to consider. Also would be nice to have a microwave as a basic kitchen device. Sometimes you can hear neighbors from the sides walking up and down the stairs and using the bathroom in their apartments. Even with these minor inconveniences, we still had a great time and would gladly come back here!

“Great place to stay in.”

We loved being in Casa Arena. It was such a spacious and modern apartment, with a large balcony off the front double bedroom and a big terrace leading from the lounge. Very quiet and with a super view over the port and sea. A very comfortable house - we would happily stay there again. 😊

“Pure joy”

The location of the apartment is in a quiet part, close to the port with a path leading down. The beach can also be easily reached through the viewing terrace. There are indeed some stairs to climb in the area, but whoever wants to come to Moro Jable and not be in the hotel part of the city must take into account that there is always a bit of uphill and downhill everywhere. If the children walk alone, there is no problem with daily walks to the beach or playground. We spent 3 wonderful weeks in the apartment, the layout of the rooms was great, a lot of space. The terrace was a place for every meals every day and a place to relax in the evening (you can't feel the wind there, the tree provides shade in the warmest part of the day). I can recommend everything from the contact to the place.

“Peaceful with stunning views.”

The location was wonderful, however, I've dropped it down a couple of points as it was a bit of a steep walk back up from the beach in the heat (15/20 minutes). Nevertheless very peaceful overlooking the sea and port. Nice and clean and very useful with a second toilet. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Would have no hesitation in booking again next year 😎

A number of steps down to the property (I think it was 3 lots of 6 steps) , however, there is a side gate across the gardens where you can cut out at least two.
