“Great accommodation in the centre of Toledo for couples and families with older children”

The best

Clean and comfortable accommodation right in the centre of Toledo. Perfect for a short break. Free car parking available about 15 mins (uphill) walk away. The apartment is up several flights of stair which was fine for us but with mobility issues access might be a struggle. For families with young(er) children the double room is up either a spiral staircase within the apartment or accessible by stairs outside the apartment.

To be improved

The owners can't do much about it but the noise from the Nightclub downstairs is very loud on the Friday and Saturday nights we stayed. Sunday there was no noise. Earplugs may be required for a good night's sleep. As we are English a kettle would have been useful as we do like our cups of tea!

The best

Very clean and comfortable apartment in the old town. The apartment was well furnished and had a/c which was greatly appreciated as it was a really hot time of the year. Walking distance to all the major sights and nice and quiet. Very good value for money! Thank you Elias for being so helpful with all our itinerary changes we really appreciated your help.

To be improved

You can’t park in the old town and it is a bit of a walk in the sun, from the free car park on the edge of town to the amazing escalators that lead up to the town. That said, it’s preferable to having to drive through narrow mediaeval streets in search of parking. The apartment is in an old building, beautifully maintained, but no lift so be prepared to carry suitcases up the stairs (Elias helped 😊).

Above a bar and very noisy on Saturday nights also stairs were steep and no lift also no apartment name on n building But don't let that turn you off.

“Perfect location, good apartment”

The best

Very well equipped and comfortable apartment in a great location. 1 min walk from Zodocovar Square! Everything is spotless and excellent snacks and coffee are provided. The apartment is on the 2nd floor - the host very kindly carried our bags up for us. The main room is spacious and includes a good kitchen, couch and table and chairs as well as an extra bed. Recommended.

To be improved

A little hard to find the door on first visit, would be good to have a street number on the door. The bedroom is an attic room and was fine for us, but if you are tall, it may not suit you so well. It was good to have the option of the internal spiral stairs and the main straight (wider) stairwell for luggage to the bedroom.
