The best

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely mountain apartment! The place was spotless and cozy. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming— in fridge she left us delicious breakfast with fresh eggs from her own chickens, homemade jam and orange juice from the orange tree in her backyard. Such thoughtful touches made the stay feel truly special. The location is great for nature lovers—just a 15-minute drive from Tejeda, with plenty of beautiful hiking trails in the surrounding area. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and comfort in the mountains. Very good value for money.

“Exactly what we expected from the images and reviews.”

The best

The hosts were superb and friendly, they were around which felt very welcoming. We arrived late after a disaster with Gold Car Hire and they helped us make some food that evening offering us eggs from their chickens and home grown potatoes. The apartment was comfortable, well stocked with kitchen equipment and the basics for cooking which makes everything easier. There were a range of cereals, toast and delicious home made marmalades, fresh oranges from the tree to make juice. We couldn't be happier with our stay. We would have loved to stay longer, however unfortunately it was booked out. Lovely views of the sun rise and moon rise.

“A fantastic place to stay with the perfect host”

This is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed and much of that is down to Debbie being the perfect host. She was incredibly kind, helpful and friendly, providing home cooked meals when we needed them, produce from the garden, recommendations on places to go and much more besides. The property itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with very good beds and a hot, powerful shower. The kitchen is well equipped and thoughtfully stocked. The location is perfect for hiking in the mountains and indeed for exploring the whole island. There is a shop / bar less than two minutes walk away, a very good supermarket about 20 minutes drive away and several restaurants within 15 to 20 minutes drive. It is beautifully quiet and peaceful. We had a fantastic stay and hope to stay again next time we visit Gran Canaria.
