“Our stay at the house was beyond our expectations and we were very pleased.”
The best

The location of the property is brilliant, it is within walking distance of all arenas of Alcudia. However it is far enough to not have any noise disturbance and be based on a quieter street.

To be improved

I like how easy the location of the house made it to get around the area. The outside are is also great and provides a nice space to spend time in.

“Great villa for a calm family or group stay”
The best

Pros: - spacious house and garden with 2 bathrooms, 2 dining areas and 3 chill areas – fit 5 people with comfort - walking distance to the beach, supermarkets, cafes - fully equipped - stove, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and clothes washing machine - WiFi is super speedy like 300Mb/s, tho works only inside the house - quiet street, tho there is a mountain view - big garden with sun-beds and trees with limes for cocktails :)

To be improved

Cons: - 2nd floor room is not okay for the adult as you hit your head on the roof - 2nd floor room matress is small and overly soft for adult – you drown and have back aches later - WiFi works well only inside, outside the speed is very low and connection is spotty

The best

The house is nice, in a residential neighbourhood but close to supermarkets, bars and clubs by walking. It’s very easy to park. Swimming pool is small but really nice, the terrace is top for breakfast and dinner. All equipment are functional (stove, washing machine, dishwasher, AC). Daniel is nice and very reactive. We were 2 and enjoyed this house
