The pool

It seemed neglected. The kitchen equipment was old and it definitely needs updating. The main shower room and downstairs loo were nice, as were the bedrooms. But there seemed to be a lot that needed work - pots with dead plants outside, a fairly untidy pool area, shower slightly coming away from the wall, a loo that didn’t flush properly. When we arrived we were told the aircon could only be used for an hour at a time. We managed to get this changed so that we could use it for longer and it was definitely needed. The wiring was a bit of a worry though. The location is calm - apart from lots of planes as it’s in Palma airport flight path. It could be a lovely place to stay if it was better looked after.
