The place looks much worse than pictures: the dining leather chairs are very old and the whole leather is broken/peeling off, during our stay the kitchen table was not there. Items listed were not available like child high chair or cleaning products. The place was very cold at night in December and has no heating. We were very cold first night and the baby woke up with runny nose. Host gave us mini heater but it could only work in one bedroom, our second child still slept in cold. The floors were very dirty - after 5 min crawling on the floor our baby's clothes were all dirty. Our socks too. The host is reactive instead of proactive - instead of making sure everything you might need is already available, you need to write each time and ask what you need and wait for it to be provided.

There could have been at least one roll of toilet paper to start with. Also, salt, sugar, and oil would have been useful in the kitchen. There is no corkscrew, but we managed without it. The house is located by a lively street, so it is quite noisy, but I had already read about this in other reviews and we were ready for it.

I was told that the t.v would be sorted out,and it wasn't. I was told he would bring an iron ,but he didn't. There was a lot of small touches missing,like cooking utensils and small pans,and the grill pan doesn't fit the rack,so you end up with red hot fat dripping everywhere .and the settee smelt of b.o,and obviously doesn't get cleaned on a regular basis,it was a good job that there was some throws to mask the smell

Very small complain - the oven didn't work properly - unable to set temperature different than maximum.
