“Excellent experience, but beware the beach-facing rooms”

The staff was lovely. I arrived well before the stated check-in time but the room was already ready and I was allowed to check in immediately which I greatly appreciated. The room was stylishly furnished and very comfortable.

To be improved

Unfortunately, the hotel is close to the “Marina Beach Club” which plays music well into the night/early morning. As I had the room facing the beach, I did have trouble sleeping. Not the fault of the hotel really and I’m sure had I asked to be moved to a quieter, courtyard-facing room I could have (although as I was only staying one night I didn’t bother). If you are looking to stay in one of the beach facing rooms, beware that you may hear the music from the beach club.
