“Too complicated checking but if you have spare time it could be worth it”

Size of apartment and terrace. Parking space and campanerio ahopping and restaurants area just nearby.

To be improved

The terrace was facing noisy street. Electricity turned off several times as it seems the maximum power cannot handle a lot of eletrical equipments. Very poor wifi, had to turn on mobile data not tomiss an important purchase of real estate and online signing process. Also the checkin process is far too complicated and child passports and pictures are needed. Wasted some 2hours and then they asked to fill everything again.

“Nice apartment for two people”

The best

This was a very nice apartment for two people. It was a short walk from the beach and from the heart of Corralejo.

To be improved

If you use the booking.com.app to navigate to the apartment for the first time then unfortunately you are directed close to the apartment which is far from the only complex entrance. When I called the number that had been provided to booking.com, I was told that this was only an emergency number, and I should not be calling it. I had to persist before I was told where the complex entrance was. It was also unfortunate that we were not told about the new gate code until after it was changed which apparently happens at regular intervals.

The best

The property was clean and freshly painted, new appliances, fans with remotes, secure, ease of check in and key in lock box so no time restrictions. The bar area is very convenient and it’s a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The beach is also a short walk.

To be improved

There was an awful smell like drains when you walk in, there is nowhere to put your soap in the shower, the lounge was very uncomfortable and basic. The welcome pack was poor quality coffee. Outside was dirty with lots of debris from trees at the door. Toilet seat was loose. The pool area and facilities are showing a bit of age. Parking is limited. Exposed electrical socket in the men’s toilet could be dangerous for children.
