This is a truly wonderful property, which exceeded all of my expectations. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the beaches, city centre and restaurants etc. Whilst there is no private parking, I stayed for five weeks and always found a convenient parking space in front of the property building. Despite the central location, the neighbourhood was very peaceful and trouble-free, too. On arrival, I was met by the most helpful, Javier, who guided me through everything that I needed to know. Without a doubt, the property is the best equipped that I have stayed in, including many items of useful convenience, but also many kind personal touches too (e.g. a nice customer guide to the property and the area, a welcome bottle of wine, etc). Whilst I spent much time outside or working, the property was exceptionally, immaculately clean, comfortable, and full of a range of perfectly working, easy to use tech appliances, etc. In all, I can only recommend this property in the highest regard on all fronts: location, facilities, comfort, cleanliness, helpful hosts etc. 100% 👌

It's an absolutely stunning flat with everything you could possibly need! Very clean and cosy, spacious, well arranged and fully equipped. The kitchen has an extensive amount of utensils and crockery, all looking new and pleasant to use. We were very pleased to have a robot vacuum available in the apartment. The bedrooms have enough storage space and the beds are very comfy. The balcony is sizeable, and using the electric grill on it was an absolute delight. The balcony does face an opposite building, but to be honest it didn't impact much the sense of privacy for us. Bathroom and shower also delivering on expectations, all as pictured. The air conditioners worked really well to warm up the apartment, and it's really great that each room has its own aircon so you can make yourself comfortable as you prefer. The hosts and the local manager were very welcoming, getting in touch a few times to make sure all is OK, and also delivering all instructions on using the appliances in writing, which was great to have on hand. A welcome bottle of water and a bottle of wine were provided, which was a cherry on the cake. The location is nice, close to the seaside, shops and the bus station. There were some refurbishment works happening in the same building but the noise was minimal and only during allowed hours, so even this, which is absolutely out of control of hosts, was good. All in all a great experience and I would recommend to couples/families.
