“A great and fair priced place.”
The best

A great apartment with everything you need. Very clean and tidy. Also a great location with very easy access to the local town and to the rest of the island. We also loved using the BBQ and the host Beatriz was very friendly and helpful.

To be improved

We loved the place but there are a couple of small things that could be improved: The lighting in the main living room needs improvement. It iss very harsh and bright and doesn't create an atmosphere. Easily fixed with some up lighters and warm white bulbs! This would be make such a difference as we did spend most evenings inside because it was the colder time of the year. Also - the furniture in the upstairs was not comfortable because the sofas seem to be made of mattresses - maybe adding some padding to the mattresses themselves could help.

“Lovely stay in a quiet location”
The best

Quiet location, beautiful gardens with quirky artifacts and the pool. Casa Berriel 1 is decorated out like a ship and a nautical theme throughout which look fantastic

To be improved

Casa Berriel 1 is attached to the Owners house and although it didn’t affect us, you can hear the noise from the main house. Casa Berriel 2 is at the other side

The best

It was clean, Bea who is the owner was very helpful, friendly and easy to reach, location was good, facilities great, it was quiet. It also has a nice marine style decor which added to the experience.
