“Breakfast's are incredible. Fresh fruit, breads, cheeses, hams etc. Everyday something different. The staff, the ladies in the mornings friendly and helpful. Very quiet location, residential area. Close proximity to the venue we were attending- the outdoor pool. · Cons: Nothing at all!”

“Perfectly cozy and pleasant stay”
The best

Absolutely fantastic place! Both Gran Canaria / Las Palmas and the apartment. So clean, calm, modern, spacious, the heated pool is great. Breakfast was also great all the time. Special thanks to the maintainer / cleaning lady who always prepared the breakfast and cleaned our room so immaculately! :) The price / value is amazing. Location-wise it is really close to both San Telmo and the northern parts. I recommend you to use the Moxsi app, providing bike sharing service all around Las Palmas for 3.34 Eurs/month. Much more worth it than buses/taxi. One of our best holidays ever!

There is nothing we didn't like. Maybe a suggestion: breakfast could include something hot (like omlette, sausages etc.). But it was still perfect.
