Everything. The location the property itself is in a very good complex with onsite parking and secure access to reception. The apartment has everything you need for your stay in the town centre with superb access to everything within a very short walk. I could not fault it and the owner was extremely helpful and was always available if needed. All in all a superb property for your stay in Gran Canaria

Clean with everything we needed - comfy bed good wifi and washing machine. Great communication with hosts. Beautiful sea view. Great pool with sunbeds available all day.

This privately owned top/5th floor apartment has been completely refurbished, as has the whole complex. The far reaching views over the swimming pool to the sea are wonderful and every morning you see the beautiful sunrise. The Dutch owners, Erald and Mirjam, were excellent hosts, living close by if they are needed. Their representative, Fernando, greeted me on arrival ( the airport buses stop 50 meters away ), and showed me how everything worked and all the information I required. The whole complex is well maintained, including the pool and there is a concierge on duty for anything general. A very relaxing place to spend my 3 weeks in Playa de Ingles.

Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunset. Amenities: The apartment is modern, clean, and well-equipped. It has everything you need, including a cozy seating area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a practical dining table. Location: The property is in a quiet area with a well-maintained pool. Its proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants makes it an ideal place to stay. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. Definitely 5 stars!
