“Lovely place close to the beach”

The best

I think the place had been recently renovated, it was clean, homely and had a well stocked kitchen. We liked the layout, we were two friends travelling together and so we were able to have bedrooms at each end of the house. Would work well for a family with parents in the main room with ensuite and the kids at the other end. The location is about 8 minutes to Aldi and the beach, which is dog friendly from October to June. Takes about 15 mins to walk into Denia but there is a row of cafes and restaurants less than five mins away. Lovely pool but was a bit chilly for us in February but would be great in the summer

To be improved

We were travelling with two dogs and there were two parts of the garden which weren’t fenced off, although the agency did warn us of that. We managed to create 2 barriers using the sun loungers which kept the dogs in but would be good if at least the side next to the neighbours had a fence. Would be handy to have some instructions for the freesat box

“Superb”

The best

The square of appartment, terrace, pool, lawn, parking place on its territory, barbecue. Very helpful information about all aspects from local agency representatives

To be improved

Unfriendly neighbors on same territory. Unclear algorithm of ceiling light switching in the main bedroom - it worked at time to time.
