“Disappointing with poor customer service”

The location was perfect and the shared kitchen was a good bonus

To be improved

The rooms are not at all like the photos. When I brought this up with the staff they said they were unable to do anything as they were fully booked and then stopped replying. There are better options for the same price range.

The location is amazing and the rooms are clean.

The air conditioning was not working and the maintenance team was not able to sort it out. I was boiling during the nights.

“Good location. · Cons: Room was very very tiny, not sure if the photos took are with grand angle option- bedsheets and towels were not the cleanest, and the casa boutique is divided into multiple rooms, 5/6 of them in the same corridor and all near each other. You can hear the doors closing, and the people watching TV or speaking in the other rooms. TV has a light during the night that we couldn't switch off. No blinds, just a curtain.”

Room was very very tiny, not sure if the photos took are with grand angle option- bedsheets and towels were not the cleanest, and the casa boutique is divided into multiple rooms, 5/6 of them in the same corridor and all near each other.
