“Place for a group of 8”

The best

Smooth communication and check in process, the host sent all the necessary details in advance. The house easily fits 8 people in 4 separate bedrooms. Huge walk in closet in the master bedroom helped to organize our staff. 2 big bathrooms also a great plus. Kitchen is well equipped, basic spices, vinegar, etc also available, well prepared for cooking. The patio with huge table is great for common breakfasts or coffee time. Grocery strore nearby and has all the needs.

To be improved

Beds for my taste were not that convinient, the bedsheets had some smell. Parking available for 1 car in the yard, otherwise it can be challenging in the narrow street. Parking spots clearly marked though.

“Costa Teguise perfection”

The best

The villa was fabulous. Super spacious, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, lovely pool. It felt very safe and was very clean. Couldnt have asked for anything more.

To be improved

Wifi was very intermittent sometimes didn't connect from the terrace or by the pool. Bbq utensils would have been handy, not sure if we missed them?

“Perfect villa for families and friends”

Great location, close to everything. Clean, spacious, well equipped! Bit hard to find by address but description is quite straightforward. Responsive host, house is perfect for even 8 ppl. Every couple has own rooms, terrace is perfect for late night chit-chat. Big grill for bbq parties

“Good house for family and friends”

The best

The property was really clean, is a lovely house we really enjoy are stay, we like the village that is really close to the property and had really nice restaurants and beach for me was the best part of this trip. The house had lot of tower that is good because of the pool. Rooms really good size, 3 bathrooms that’s great. The staff was really easy communication the direction was great and well explained.

To be improved

The only think that we didn’t like was because the hot water finish really fast. We was in a family of 5, 3 Adult and 2 kids, I couldn’t wash my hair on a normal base because otherwise the next person was going to be without hot water. We had to shower the kids really fast and are self too and save water so everyone could shower in a hot water and still the last person all ways finish the shower on a cold water. That is the only issue for us hot water. We try to use the bath but we couldn’t because was no enough hot water to fill.

“Great property with really helpful staff.”

The best

The property was very clean, well kept and had everything we needed for our stay! The staff were easily contacted, very polite, really helpful and went out of their way numerous times to ensure we had a great stay!

To be improved

The pool isn’t heated and the wifi only worked in 2 rooms of the property which wasn’t ideal.
