“We like the location, its too far from the veach but its ok, because its also near from castles,super market at bus and tram station. · Cons: We thought there's a shared kitchen,but suddenly theres no stove to cook egg or fry some food. But its ok. We just eat in the restaurant and fast foods near rhe appartment. The house smells marijuana everyday. It is too strong so we just eat inside the living room when we have food that we need to eat in the kitchen but the we can't because we have kids and the whole appartment smells marijuana.”

I booked this accommodation because I wanted one that included an airport shuttle. It was a last minute booking when I was made aware that my flight into Alicante was going to be delayed,meaning j was going to miss my connecting coach. I emailed the property as soon as I had booked to confirm the time that I would land (within the check in times, I checked that too prior to booking this property) and asked where I would be met by the airport shuttle. When I landed I had not received a reply about transfers, just a picture from them of several doors and key boxes/codes, but no information about pickup. I tried to call the number which was attached to the booking.com information and the number attached to the photo sent. I had no answer from either. As a result I was left at Alicante airport until 2am when my parents arrived to pick me up. A 4 hour round trip for them. Not impressed. As a women travelling alone, I did not feel comfortable getting a private taxi to an address attached to the booking and little information about how to access the property and nobody to speak too.

“It was easy to get there by bus, but it wasn't in the city center. · Cons: The room had a slight moldy smell upon entering. The bathroom ceiling and walls were heavily covered with black mold. We called the host to report the mold issue. Although the host answered the call, they ignored the problem and simply hung up. We tried calling multiple times, but our calls were no longer answered. After this, we left the accommodation and wrote to the host, requesting a 100% refund. Unfortunately, we never received a response. Booking.com provided a €15 compensation for the unpleasant experience, but the reservation was never canceled, and we have not received our money back. Be cautious with this accommodation! The hosts are irresponsible and unwilling to take responsibility for anything.”
