The best

Nice location, perfect distance from the coast, promenade and restaurants. Ideal for those who appreciate silence. Joggers will be delighted, as the jogging friendly promenade is right next to the apartment. The availability of underground parking is a plus as parking in the city is limited.

To be improved

Only one set of keys. This made the logistics and planning of activities with my friends more difficult.

Clean, modern, well-equipped kitchen

To be improved

There is no outside space EXCEPT in the main bedroom which hasa small balcony overlooking the internal lightwell, not somewhere you would want to sit and admire the view with a glass of wine. There is no aircon so the main bedroom was very hot because it only had patio doors which we didn't want to leave open at night.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a parking spot .The location was very good for us, just a few minutes walk from the beach, the port, and the town center, where there were many shops, restaurants, and bars. The area was quiet and safe, and the people were friendly and helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Playa de San Juan Tenerife. Absolutely no problem in picking up the keys and returning them.

We absolutely loved staying at Casa Brillante with our two kids. The apartment itself was so lovely - clean, bright, spacious, with everything we needed. The location was great - close to the beach, to some really lovely restaurants and to the shops. Easy to get there from the airport. We've already recommended it to family and friends.
