“Cons: When we first arrived, we were welcomed very nicely and the place was beautiful. On the day we wanted to check out, we had to chevk out very early so the housekeeper wasn't able to properly bid us farewell. So we agreed that we leave the keys in the house for them and to get the deposit transferred by bank. Before leaving we cleaned up the house as much as we could. 2 Days after our departure we got a message from the housekeeper complaining about multiple things for which for the most part we were not responsible for. Some of the stuff they had complained about were things that we simply noticed as soon as we came into the house, such as the broken shower handle or the malfunctioning blind in the living room. They did also complain about the cleanliness of the house, when, as I said before, we cleaned as much as we could. They said they had to hire a cleaning and repairing company for which they had to pay over 700€ and would like for us to repay them. As for the stuff we did damage we do feel remorse and are willing to pay for the damages that only we had caused, not for what others had probably caused. We communicated our feelings to the housekeeper, however 1 week later and we still haven't gotten a response from them.”
