We informed the Host that we will arrive around 4-5 PM which gives them ample time to prepare the Accommodation for the new guest. We reached there by 5PM. To our surprise they Key wasn't in the Box. So we ask the Host where the Keys are. He called the cleaning Staff and told us that it will take 30 minutes for her to arrive. He told us that there was a Restaurant nearby so we could stay and wait there. It took the Cleaning Staff to arrive after 1 hour. Once he confirmed her arrival, to our surprise the Accommodation was not ready for us. Towels were on the floor, bed dirty etc. In short, it was still dirty from the previous guests. So we had to wait for another 2 hours for her to finish. We were already very tired and hungry. We almost lost 4 hours of our time. He told us that there was a miscommunication with the Cleaning Staff. I wanted to report him to Booking.com but then I said to myself it happens. On our second night, the host left a Bottle of Wine infront of our Accommodation which is much appreciated but the next day I told him the Wine will never make up for the hours that we have lost on the first day of our stay. We talked back to me saying "Better than nothing" then deleted the messages the next day. I will never stay in this Accommodation and do not recommend it at all because of Customer experience. Yes the place is beautiful but if you can't communicate properly with your guests, then the whole experience will be bad.
