Impeccably clean, good location close to the beach and easy transportation to the city center, quiet, fully equipped (salt-coffee-sugar-AOEV provided), better than on the pictures. The host was very nice, always available and giving good recommendations- remember the paella is only served for lunch! Beach - Patagona or Las Arenas, a few minutes to either side from the closest entrance.

Easy to find, parked car in front of the property, owner on site to meet and greet. Lovely accommodation, spotlessly clean and beautifully presented.

The host was in touch with us by what's ap and met us promptly at the apartment to hand over the keys. He was also available on what's ap for questions during our stay. The place was plain but comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds comfortable. The rooftop terrace was a lovely plus. two bedrooms for us was meant for two couples, but the one bathroom, small kitchen and sitting room would have been cramped with four people. As it was, our other friends didn't join, us so it was plenty spacious for two people. In a quiet and safe residential neighborhood, with a nerby park and some good cafes and grocery stores in walking distance. The beach is a 15 minute walk and Centro des Arts and Science a 10 minute drive, downtown/old town another 10 minutes drive further. We never figured out public transportation and took Uber or taxis to downtown.

Great location, near public transportation, close to the beach and not far from Valencia downtown. Victor was great, easy to reach out and tried to help us with the cigarette smell in the bedroom.
