Nice swimming pool, clean apartment, could not get tele to work, fob would not work for access to pool

The postcode we was given was 15mins from where the cabbie dropped us, my uncle has bad back pain and the walk did not help. when we arrived at 11:00pm which was arranged via booking.com, the man and wife was not there to greet us, because they no record of us staying there, lucky a local man helped us and managed to finally contact them after 2 hour, we resided to sleeping in the street at this point, they both finally meet us, the husband who greeted us drunk, told us we will have to pay again and take it up with booking.com to be reimbursed, we agreed even though we showed them the booking, they told us this happened b4! I’m glad I didn’t have my kids with me in this journey! Nxt day the lady finally found our booking, they made a mistake, and that saga ruined the trip! Pls don’t use these people!

“Lovely place, lovely people.”
The best

The hosts were lovely and took us to and from the airport at a reasonable rate. The accommodation had everything you needed and more. It is right by the Plaza for easy access (if you don't mind the evening noise as it is right by the children's area which closes at midnight).

To be improved

The pool was of a reasonable size but was very busy and it wasn't the height of the season. There were lots of inflatables so you couldn't really swim but it was okay for cooling down. There is currently no accessible supermarket if you don't have a car as it is being refurbished, but has been closed for 18 months.

Fantastic location, superb accomodation, excellent communication from the host Julie and very clean

If I were to have any niggle and it is not a big one is the beds in the master bedroom could do with updating..and im just being picky there everything else in the appartment was outstanding.
