The swimming pool was great, and the location of the apartment was ideal, with a supermarket located right across the street. The property is modern, neat, and tidy with all the amenities required forever long a stay. Sandra, our host, met us on time when we arrived late at night and came to wish us well when our stay was over.We would recommend the place to anyone wanting to have a quiet and relaxing break.

Key manager Sandra was lovely met us there and showed us around the apartment and said to let her know if we needed anything which we didn't couldn't fault anything had everything you needed the apartment was secure and felt very safe and all the neighbours was very friendly ideal location buses very cheap to get about to different places Thank you Patrick and Bianca we will definitely be back soon

Bianca's apartment was spotless and exactly as depicted in the photos. Recently renovated, with a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine, it was very comfortable for our family of three. Sandra, her agent, greeted us upon arrival, explained how everything worked, and handed over the keys. The service was highly professional. The building features a lovely swimming pool, and directly across the street is a supermarket with everything you need. A pharmacy is just a two-minute walk away, and there are numerous restaurants in the surrounding area. The nearest beach is an 8-minute walk away, although we preferred to drive to the beaches in Villajoyosa, which are about a 20-minute drive and highly recommended. The apartment does not have private parking, but we found free parking spots in the white zone on the street just to the left of the apartment every day without any issues.
