The location and the quiet of the neighbourhood.

To be improved

Very little equipment for cooking, we were missing sharp knives to cut tomatoes and a salad bowl and small bowls.

The garage door was tricky to open (it keeps falling down and closing). The apartment was cold in January, thicker duvets would be great.
