“Great property, with a few problems”
The best

The property was lovely, clean, well cared for and, although the owners lived behind the casa, the front and garden felt private. The photos are accurate. The kitchen was well equipped with microwave, hob, fridge, washing machine and kettle. It would have been helpful to have had a plug in the sink. The shower was lovely, but again the sink lacked a plug. The spiral staircase was a quirky feature, but narrow, which made it hard to carry suitcases up to the bedroom. The bed was super comfy, and the room was huge and quiet at night. There was a great view from the covered terrace where we had our meals. It overlooked the river with trees behind, but there was traffic noise from the road the other side. Unfortunately for us, there was a problem with the private water supply for a day and a night, meaning no water for the toilet, showering, or washing up. The owner (Antonio) fixed it the following morning, but by then we had decided to leave. So although we had booked for 5 nights we stayed for 4. Antonio very kindly refunded us €100.
