Very well presented new apartment Spacious hallway and lounge Nicely presented and modern apartment Good clean communal area and block with parking space Nice mountain view except for the motorway AP7 noise Big roof terrace with good amount of furniture and well styled

To be improved

Traffic noise at night from the AP7 motorway could be heard from inside apartment due to close proximity to the motorway and sliding doors not closing properly to seal noise off. Lighting in lounge very poor. Insufficient as bulbs not strong enough making it difficult to read or do much. Pillows were poor quality and not supportive leading to uncomfortable sleep and neck ache.
