The best

Overall the stay was nice and I didn't had any challenge with communication with the Host. The location is also nice with front facing view of beach. The location was not fully crowded with tourists which some people prefer.

To be improved

The AC in the Bedroom was not working and host was made aware of this. I think it is one time issue and AC needs gas refilling. Host promised to get that fixed after our stay.

The best

We had a great stay at Casa Catalina. The flat is wonderful. Tom was very responsive to all my questions and extremely helpful. Check in was easy, the flat was spotless. The living room is huge and cosy. The kitchen  is great and  has everything you need. Really comfy bed. Washing machine and dryer was a bonus. Nice see view from the balcony and the kitchen is the best part. 2 minutes walk  to the beach. The place looks exactly like the photos. Pili the housekeeper is a fantastic lady, very friendly and helpful and happy to  offer daily cleaning service if you want. Thanks again Tom and Pili for being so accommodating. We would definetely love to stay again if you have us.

To be improved

We needed to be very careful with the ants in the kitchen but I guess is a common issue in several places in Mallorca.

The accommodation was very clean and well-equipped. Daily housekeeping ensured that I always felt comfortable and refreshed after returning from my outings. The surrounding area was quiet, making it an ideal place for relaxation. If there is anything that could be improved, I would appreciate having indoor slippers available.

To be improved

One thing to note is that the apartment is quite far from major attractions on the island. However, this is not a big issue if you have a car. However, it can get quite cold in winter, and the heating system does not seem to be warm enough. Additionally, there was an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom.

Great communication and outstanding housekeeping. A very generous welcome pack with wine, milk and fruit juice. Terrific view over the marina and bay but also nice and peaceful.

Ned’s a bit of TLC as holes in sofa cover, flush in toilet needs attention, shower tray very bouncy, paint peeling in areas
