“Excellent location · Cons: The WiFi was not working inside room number 1 and 3 had poor or no access, as the router was far away. Initial entry was difficult; I received a code for an internal door rather than the main entrance, so I had to wait 30 minutes before someone exiting let me in.”

“Good location for short stays”

The best

Close to the beach and old town to walk to, nice big room and very comfortable bed. Clean big bathroom (common use, but okay). For two nights it was okay for us.

To be improved

A bit complicated check-in, and shared bathroom. The walls of the building are paper thin, prepare an earplug!!!

Everything else: cracks and yellow stains in the walls, dirty bedsheets, doors had problems closing, the toilet was broken, we got drops of water falling in the morning

“Lovely comfortable room in the heart of san sebastian”

The best

The room was bright, spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfy and our room had a lovely balcony. The location is great and while other reviews mentioned noise, we found it very quiet both in the apartment and building and outside (this may be because we stayed sun-tues during off peak season though!) Self check in was fairly straightforward. A 10 minute walk to the beach!

To be improved

The fact there is no access to the kitchen is the only thing that could have made the stay better but it's also clear that is not the case in the description so can't complain! There is a tea/ coffee station in the hallway but perhaps a mini fridge/ microwave in the same place would have made it perfect!
