“It was an experience”
The best

It was a lovely typically Spanish house, clean and functional but it was very cold and damp. We lit the log burner and the house filled with thick smoke and couldn’t be used. Gas bottle heater didn’t work. Had to borrow a heater from someone. Electric was constantly tripping out - at least 6 times if someone was showering and trying to boil water on the hob. Once towels were wet no way of drying them so had to use wet towels for 3 days….

To be improved

Mainly that the house was damp and cold, no heaters and faulty electrics. There was no nearby parking, steep hills to carry shopping and cases to the house. Not ideal when travelling with my 82 year old mother.
