The location is close to the Santa Barbara castle, access to the downtown in a few minutes by foot. It's not recommended for those coming with a car, the host is sharing the coordinates link to park at the castle parking, which is usually full.

To be improved

The property does not have parking. The host is sharing the coordinates link to park at the castle parking, which is 10 minutes away by foot climbing stairs and downhill. It's not easy to go with the backpack on you and other baggages you need (don't even joke about to forget something in the car and go back to grab it). The house is more like a local living house in the old downtown with a small kitchen, narrow bathroom & old towels, without natural light. The only positive thing was the bed in the bedroom.

“Unique positive experience in house between old town and castle.”
The best

The owner was very nice and helpful, met me in a square, and brought me to the house. The house is under the castle in a magical neighbourhood over the old town. The place has a lot of character. Terrace on the roof is a nice touch.

The best

Really cool little hideaway in an awesome part of Alicante, lost in the alleyways of the Old Town. We loved the huge bed, awesome decor (which might have inspired some photography of our own), balcony and location!
