Casa con encanto y terraza junto a la playa

House was a bit musty and needed to be aired out daily. Front door had ALERT! VIVENDA TURÍSTICA painted in front. Though we were never bothered four being tourists.

Advertised as 3 bedroom but in reality only two bedrooms with a 3rd bed in the passage upstairs that we were advised not to use by the host as to hard and to use the sofa bed instead. As a party three seperate adults this meant using the sofa bed in the lounge. Sofa bed was comfy but no privacy. There was a strong smell of drains which we advised to the host at the time. Shower was very outdated and needs upgrading and attention.

Unfortunately the smell in the basefloor from the bathroom was so heavy that we couldn’t use the kitchen and the second bedroom (it has a size of a wardrobe). We also found a cockroach next to the couch. Upstairs there was a intense smell of mold in the bedroom. The balcony we couldn’t not use, because there was rain every day and there is no roof to cover it.

Nothing.

The 3rd bed is a couch settee which we had no problem with, however the one they have is not suitable for someone (especially an adult) to sleep on, it's uncomfortable, old and needs replacing.
