The best

We had a really lovely stay at this property. Located in a very quiet neighbourhood, well equipped, much space, 2 bathrooms, big terrace, there is a beautiful viewpoint overlooking the city only 5 minutes by foot, you can easilly walk down to the city center in around 35 minutes and see many interesting things on the way. 10 minutes by taxi if you don't want to walk back. Pedro made sure we have everything we need. If you prefer calm place far away from tourist noise, this is the place for you. Also great for families

The pool was ok the advert for the property was cleverly worked to sound like it has it's own pool but it's a communal pool

To be improved

Builders working on the property when we arrived pots still in the dishwasher and the patio set was falling apart

The best

Our host was very friendly and the communication with him was fast, he aswered all our questions.The apartment was big and clean, we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well eqquiped. You can also eat and enjoy the sun outside on the balcony, which is great.

To be improved

On the pictures was a swimming pool and we were looking forward to use it. Unfortunatelly it is closed until June.

“Great Location, Spacious Apartment, but Uncomfortable and Cold”

The best

The location was ideal for me, offering a beautiful 30-minute walk to the city center and close proximity to the forest of Albaicin. The apartment was spacious, providing ample room for relaxation and movement.

To be improved

The lack of adequate heating made the apartment very cold, especially upon arrival at night. The only heating available was in the living room via an A/C unit and electric heaters in the bedrooms, leaving the bathroom and kitchen freezing throughout the day. The mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable, leading to restless nights. The discomfort caused by the inadequate heating and bedding detracted from the overall experience. It's best suited for summer holidays when cold temperatures are not a concern.
