Casa con vistas al mar en el Casco Antiguo de Altea

The location is perfect in the middle of both the boulevard as the old town center, both a few walking minutes away. Also the interior is really nice, light and clean. Beautiful sunset views. We visited in December and could enjoy the view sitting in the sun on the balcony all day. Also the private parking lot next to the house is really convenient. We will definitely come back! We visited as a family with 2 children of 8&10 years old. Perhaps good to know that the master bedroom is not on the same level as the smaller 2 pers bedroom and single bedroom. So the kids were on another level. For kids of our age ok, maybe not for young children. On both levels are bathrooms, that’s a plus.

Beautifully decorated throughout and the two bathrooms were exceptional. The balcony had wonderful views and the property was located in the heart of the old town which was delightful. The parking space right outside the property was excellent. The owner left drinks and snacks which was a very kind gesture.
