Short walk to the main square. Lovely big terrace. The garage was very useful.

“Excellent property in an ideal location but didn’t like stairs.”
The best

Location was excellent and the property itself was extremely well equipped with plenty of space throughout. It was very clean and the outside space on the top floor was a perfect sun trap.

To be improved

The stairs were very steep and a little intimidating, especially when carrying luggage or heavy bags.

“Outstanding location in beautiful Pollenca”
The best

The location of the property is outstanding being so close to Placa Major, the centre of Pollenca. The air conditioning was effective (the best we've experienced) and the views from the top floor were breathtaking.

The best

The house is in an excellent location, was very clean and has a wonderful, spacious roof terrace. The large garage was a real bonus.

To be improved

Unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues, as there are 3 sets of stairs. A small welcome pack would have been really useful (water, bread, oj, milk).

Unable to park outside due to size of hire car & narrow street but were able to park a few minutes walk away in wider street for free.
