It was the perfect size for all 6 of us. Clean and bright in a great area.

To be improved

The hot water would run out often but nothing too bad. I also needed to reach the property about early check in but I didn’t get responses as quickly as needed and we ended up paying for a separate hotel room even though we could have checked in early.

Large amount of space, modern and had everything we needed.

To be improved

Needed another sofa for comfortable seating for 7 people. A lot of stairs to get to the 4th floor and the lift would only fit 2.

We got all instructions online, and quick despite our last min booking

To be improved

The building has six floors and an elevator with a capacity of just two people. Since we were with children and elderly individuals who were unable to climb the stairs to the fourth floor, it took us a significant amount of time to go up or down. During the last night of our stay, we experienced an electricity outage that affected only our flat and couldn’t be resolved. This significantly impacted our checkout process, yet we were offered only €100 as compensation, which we feel does not fairly reflect the inconvenience caused.
