The best

Good location, the apartment is clean, all information about the apartment is available online, early check-in possible, good and fast online contact with the staff, good equipment, all devices are functional, fast internet included in the price. Smart TV. Air conditioning (but we only used the heating mode). Hot water is heated continuously by a gas furnace (there are no restrictions as in the case of a boiler). Two separate bedrooms. Very well-kept tenement house with an elevator. The area looks safe, quiet and clean, it is close to the metro station, bus stop, small supermarkets, pharmacy.

To be improved

These are just small things (suggestions) that I think are worth adding: We missed a microwave and a radio (or BT speaker) in the kitchen. There could be more shelves in the wardrobe. The entrance door cannot be locked from the inside (this is useful with electronic locks).

“Nice stay for families at a northern neighborhood of Barcelona”

Big, spacious apartment, well equipped, separate room which can be used for the kids Not too far away from the metro, and the metro is not too far away from the city center Restaurants, pubs and supermarkets are nearby

To be improved

Not the fault of the owners, but subjectively there was a lot of noise from the neighboring apartments, specifically from one apartment in which tourists got back drunk late at night . second time it happened they also lost the keys which prolonged the ordeal until almost 2AM There is a 300 Euro deposit, although that was returned relatively quickly by the owners
