Checking - in (Access code of the main door did not work and even after 30 mins on a call with someone from the property ,it wasn’t resolved. Thank fully another resident came to our rescue). Provisions - very minimal and no replacements

“I would stay there again . It’s a lovely property .”

The best

The property is in the great residential area, in front of wonderful food market. The apartment is very pleasant furnished , with bohemian character. During the very hot July it was comfortable with well running AC. Walking distance to major shopping area, Gaudy’s house and many great restaurants. There are many grocery stores and gourmet stores.

To be improved

The smallest bedroom does not have a/c just felling fan . It was not a problem but it be nice to have an additional a/c there. Please be aware that the neighbors are very sensitive to noice. Our group was 6 people and most of the time we were out in town. One evening we were playing cards late and we have received the phone all to reduce the noise. We were just talking . Otherwise everything was great.

“Spacious, clean apartment larger than most in Barcelona!”

Property was exceptionally clean and well stocked with necessities.

To be improved

Our group of 6 adults were left two apartment door keys but, only one building key. This was very inconvenient because everyone had to enter building at the same time, causing some people to wait outside until the person with the building key showed up. Also, the room with 2 twin beds was extremely noisy (because of the window that faced the interior atrium of the building) with noise in the wee hours of the night when other residents of the building came and went.

Wow, this property is huge and gorgeous. By far our favorite of the 4 we stayed in on our trip to Portugal and Spain. The location was incredible.

To be improved

The third bedroom was hot, air con didn’t really co it down much.

“Really loved this apartment, highly recommended!”

The best

Excellent location, not too far away from anything needed by walking or Metro. Also across the road from a market, which was perfect. Lots of market stalls selling fresh produce, perfect for testing out some Tapas recipes. Lift forgetting up to the fifth floor was a godsend. Loved the authentic, stylish decor and the comfort of the beds. Despite being in the centre of the city, it was very quiet and you would never have known.

To be improved

There was not much to dislike at all about this property. Only things that would have made it better. These include more chairs in the main living area as were shown in the pictures. This would allow everybody to sit down as a family. Also, I would have loved to have been able to serve some Tapas and so some small ovenproof dishes would have been great.
