“Good place for a short stay”

The property is okay. It looked a bit better on the photos than in real life, but no major complaints. Everything worked as expected. The location is good- very central, but far from the noisy streets.

To be improved

When we entered the smell of the air was really bad. We had to open all the windows and turn on the fan to get rid of it. Also, there is no elevator, and the staircase is quite steep. otherwise no complaints.

“Close living in Barcelona”

public transport very good, local supermarkets excellent.

Barcelona has a very dense population and close living. Streets are all concrete although trees are great for shading. Streets have high number of rubbish disposal containers, separate for recyclables glass etc and all of considerable size. Combine there aroma, the sewer aroma, dog wee ( a lot of people have dogs) and high smoking rate, it's not entirely pleasant to live in. High density living means small apartments so locals enjoy an outside street Cafe, pub etc social life style. Don't expect quiet evenings. Small apartments have limited ventilation for natural air flow.

“Great location!”

The best

The apartment was in a great location. The market across from it was excellent, with plenty of cafes, bars & restaurants nearby. The metro was less than 5 minutes away
