Balcony, pool, good air conditioning, convenient location, quiet, good key access , clean , nice shower, towels and adaptors, crisps and water provided.

To be improved

Pillows should be more comfortable. Somewhere to leave bags would be convenient.

The location of the property was ideal. Swimming pool was a good place and area to relax.

To be improved

The room hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived and we were an hour late. Had to wait another hour for staff to partially clean the apartment. Virtually no hot water for a shower. Asked for bed clothes for my daughter as she was sleeping on the sofa bed. Nothing arrived and they said they didn’t know it was being used. Very poor customer service as it would have taken a very short time to deliver bedding. The front door also jammed and couldn’t open it at times but someone must have came to the property during our stay as a rubber seal was removed which was causing the issue. But no correspondence to say that they were coming or had been.
