“Idyllic surprise”

Jose was an excellent host, the room was beautiful, very comfortable.The house was situated in a quiet village with only bird song and cows tinkly bells, no traffic noise.The setting is idyllic.Jose was very informative about the area, provided advice on places to visit, and gave us a map.He left chocolate bars on our bedside table, a thoughtful gesture.The breakfast he served us was plentiful with good varied ingredients.He was kind, generous and most accommodated.We would definitely like to visit again!

“Welcoming”

The best

Jose was very welcoming and went out of his way to make sure our needs were met as we had walked more than 20kms on the Camino that day It was lovely sitting in the sun in the outside areas

To be improved

It’s off the Camino but well worth the detour. No dinner is provided or available nearby so make sure you eat a big lunch unless you have a car
