Upon arrival we had not recieved any instructions on entering the house, we tried to call the owner, but the number given on booking.com was a taxi service... We went to the neighbour hoping to recieve contact information, but he didn't have any contact information. Finally we managed to open the gate and find the keys to enter the house. During our stay we had no water in the house, so the following things were not working: toilets, showers, the sink in the bathroom and the kitchen. Some of the electricity was not working as well, no fridge, no oven, no cooking fire, no dishwasher. We only had light and a few sockets.

We didn't like so many things ! Bed sheets were the worst I ever seen, in fact rags good for bin. I had to text several times for clean sheets as we had a ten day stay. We got them two days before we left. Meanwhile no answer from the proprietor. One bedroom had windows at the back of the house where the proprietor's yard was. He had a dog that was barking a lot an the yard was full of dog excrement, literally full . We couldn't open the window for fresh air because of the smell and million flies. The toilet paper wasn't replenished. One bathroom had no soap. The kitchen had very few cooking utensils and not even salt ,let alone different spices, as we had at different locations we rented during years. So we ended buying everything including floor washing liquid. The fridge was dirty, table dirty ,all counters dirty we had to clean all before use. The patio and kitchen got full of flies the second we opened the door or window. The house had no air conditioning as advertised on booking. com. The living room had air conditioning but it was not functioning. And also it was no iron but also advertised. The BBQ area very shabby and rusty and no utensils for grilling. The pool ok but the stairs to it very wobbly and dangerous. The proprietor was crossing our yard to and from his house and I was shocked by his rudeness, not even a smile or ask if everything is all right. We had to buy tea towels as one ragged tea towel provided wasn't enough. We had to buy insect repellent for flies and mosquitoes. Next time when I'll book a holiday I'll think twice and read all comments not just the top one.

The host pointed to where to park and key in the door and then went. The villa was very clean and smelt really nice. The villa was quite dark as the windows opened out on to brick walls on the left ,the owners driveway on the right and their yard at the back ..Beautiful views to the front You will need to bring an hair dryer.I went around all week with wet hair😁 There was no information pack so I had to figure out the few that could be translated into English...not as strsight forward as normal. The kitchen had most things that you would need.Some villas have salt n pepper etc but there was nothing. Id gone shopping before arriving luckily.👍 The villa is spacious ,the bed I slept in was firm , the pillows were like lumpy bricks.So would benefit by being updated perhaps? Nice clean bathrooms with lots of towels.That again were very clean. I dont think that this villa would be good for families and disabled people as the pool area is quite dangerous for young ones and anyone with a mobility issue It is an above ground concrete pool. Prob around about 6 ft plus above ground level. There is no safety fencing .A small dwarf fence on the right with about an 8 ft drop on to waste land if you fell over the dwarf fence.On the left it is just 2 rope fences stopping you from falling into the garage area. The steps into the pool are very loose and rickety if you you use the steps at the far end you have a large drop between steps into the pool. There is no shallow end it is all the same depth..deep... There are no sunloungers because the above ground pool is about a foot from fence to pool so not wide enough, so I bought a lilo and spent most of my time on that. The pool area is well lit. Because I love swimming and lounging by a pool I probably would not stay here again. But thank the hosts for the ecperience
